Welcome and Philosophy
Welcome to Narvaez Family Childcare Home (Narvaez FCCH)!
At Narvaez FCCH, we believe that children thrive and learn best in a joyful and engaging environment. These early years are a crucial time for growth, and we understand that soon children will face more structured learning experiences. Our approach focuses on preparing children for their future educational journey through fun and meaningful activities.
Each month, we design a variety of activities aimed at promoting essential skills, including letter and number recognition, color and shape identification, and the development of both large and small motor skills. Our goal is to create a dynamic and enjoyable learning environment that supports each child’s individual strengths and interests.
By fostering a love of learning through play, we aim to build a strong foundation for each child’s future success and growth.
We look forward to partnering with you in this exciting journey!

About Me
Welcome! I’m Ms. Gaby, the owner and childcare provider at Narvaez Family Childcare Home (Narvaez FCCH). Raised in Napa with a large family of ten siblings and supported by my loving parents, I have always valued the importance of family and community. I have been married to my husband since November 2006, and together we are the proud parents of three wonderful children: Jasmine, Dahlia, and Leonardo.
My professional journey has been diverse and fulfilling. I began with early experiences in babysitting and assisting my mother with her house cleaning business. Following high school, I pursued studies in child development and nursing, then transitioned into the technology sector, and spent the last decade working in ophthalmology within the medical field. Ultimately, with the support of my husband, I made the decision to focus on my passion for early childhood education and become a stay-at-home parent.
At Narvaez FCCH, I am committed to providing a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. My approach integrates a range of educational theories and practices, always with the child’s best interests in mind, and emphasizes hands-on, experiential learning.
I hold a current Infant/Child/Adult CPR and First Aid Certification, have undergone comprehensive background checks and fingerprinting, and continually advance my knowledge through various child-focused educational workshops and certifications. As a dedicated and experienced childcare professional, I am eager to offer exceptional care and support for your child’s growth and development.
